Instead of relying on long international delivery routes, we ship eligible orders from within the United States whenever inventory is available.

Warehouse Dispatch
Eligible MAX60 and X7 orders are packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse network, usually within 1–2 business days.
Tracking Sent
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery status.
Delivered to Your Door
Your bike will be delivered through trusted U.S. carriers such as FedEx or USPS, depending on the package type, destination, and carrier availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location, warehouse inventory, and carrier route.
West Coast / East Coast nearby regions: 2–4 business days
Central U.S. or remote areas: 5–8 business days
